What We Will Do For You

 

1) On site quotations and estimates:

 

a) We promise to send out only an experienced operative to give you impartial advice for a quote or estimate for your flooring requirements.

He will have had extensive experience in laying floors himself so he will be able to answer as many questions as you may have for him.

 

b) He shall, to the best of his ability, offer you honest and reliable information on what can be achieved and what can not be achieved, and will offer you the best floor options available and show you some samples of our range of floors, plus offer information on underfloor heating ( both wet and dry) should you be thinking of installing it.

 

c) We also promise to visit your premises as soon as possible to suit your convenience to give you our experience and hands on advice, quote or estimate.

 

d) You will be encouraged to visit our showroom to view the whole range of our floors and to decide which floor best suits your needs. Visits can be arranged over weekends or evenings to suit your schedules. Just call us for further information.

 

2) Back up and customer care:

 

a) We offer a full back up service where we shall leave a maintenance kit on site after installation and return to fix any little concerns you may have.

b) We shall also keep in touch to see that you do not run out of maintenance products and to see how your floor is enjoying its new home.

 

 

3) Installations:

 

a) We employ only our own fitters and sanders, trained by us and committed to offering the best quality workmanship to  our customers.

 

b) They shall be dedicated to giving you the best possible service and the least inconvenience whilst the floor is being laid.

 

c) We are committed in coming to do the job when we said we would and finishing in good time as  well.

 

d) We offer an ‘undercutting’ service whereby your skirting does not have to be removed; it can be undercut with our special tools to accommodate the new floor level and new boards easily slide underneath them, see this in detail.

 

e) Our installers and sanders  will be:  punctual, polite, friendly, informed and experienced and will give you peace of mind throughout the time taken to lay or restore your floor.
